ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ: 30-9-2026:  ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਵਰਲਡ ਸਕੂਲ, ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤਲਵਾਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਤਗਮਾ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਕੂਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਡ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਵਿਸਥਾਰਪੂਰਵਕ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਡਾ. ਐੱਸ. ਐੱਨ. ਰੁਦਰਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਸ਼ਪ ਨਾਥ, ਸਿਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਯੁਵਰਾਜ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਖਮਾਣੋਂ, ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਗੇਮਜ਼ 2026–27 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੰਡਰ-17 ਲੜਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਏਪੀ ਤਲਵਾਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗਿਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਤਗਮਾ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ।

ਡਾ. ਰੁਦਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਮਿਹਨਤ, ਸਮਰਪਣ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚੇ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਚ ਕੇਨ ਕਾਂਗਬਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਉਪਲਬਧੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ।

ਵਿਵੇਕਾਨੰਦ ਵਰਲਡ ਸਕੂਲ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਫਲਤਾਵਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਸਕੂਲ ਨੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਤਮ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ, ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ, ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰੇਗੀ।

Vivekananda World School’s Three Students Win Gold Medal in Fencing

Ferozepur: 30-9-2026: Three students of Vivekananda World School, Ferozepur, have brought laurels to the school and the region by winning a gold medal in fencing. The school, which places equal emphasis on academics and sports, continues to encourage students to actively participate in various sporting disciplines.

Sharing details, School Director Dr. S. N. Rudra said that Pushap Nath, Simarjeet Singh and Yuvraj Sharma won the gold medal in the U-17 Boys’ Team Épée Fencing event at the Punjab State School Games 2026–27, held at Khamano, Fatehgarh Sahib.

Dr. Rudra said that the achievement was the result of the students’ consistent hard work, dedication and determination. He also congratulated their coach, Kene Kangbam Singh, whose guidance and training played an important role in helping the students achieve this milestone.

Vivekananda World School congratulated the three students on their remarkable achievement and wished them continued success in the future. The school expressed hope that their accomplishment would inspire other students to excel in both sports and academics and bring pride to themselves, their parents, the school and the region.
