Heroin Bust: 2.086 kg Commercial Quantity Seized, Two Arrested with Glock Pistol in Ferozepur
Ferozepur: Acting on a specific tip-off, police intercepted two motorcycle-borne suspects en route to Ferozepur and recovered 2.086 kg of heroin—classified as commercial quantity—along with a Glock pistol on Monday.
The accused have been identified as Jaswinder Singh, alias Shinda, a resident of village Khilchi, and Arshdeep Singh, alias Deep, from village Jalal Wala, currently residing in Habib Wala.
A case has been registered against them under the NDPS Act (commercial quantity) at Sadar Police Station. The motorcycle used in the crime was also impounded.
Authorities employed a drug identification kit at the spot, conducted videography of the recovery, and handed over further investigation to IO Sukhbir Singh. Probe continues.
