Under ‘Ayushman Bhava’ campaign Health Mela held at Health Wellness Centre, Bare Ke in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, September 22, 2023: Under ‘Ayushman Bhava’ campaign Health Mela was at Health Wellness Centre, Bare Ke in Ferozepur which was moved at creating awareness about health programmes and ensure accessibility of healthcare facilities for people.
The campaign has been divided into five parts, including ‘Seva Pakhwada’, which will be organised from September 17 to October 2, coinciding with the commencement of ‘Ayushman Apke Dwar 3.0’.
The Health Mela was held at Bare Ke Gurudwara covereing all the villages under Health Wellness Centre (HWC).
Dr.Shivlakshan Shori, Gurpreet Singh Male Worker created awareness among the people of the area besides screening of patients for diagnosing and treating for blood sugar, cancer, TB etc. They also shared the tips for treatment.
In this Health Mela, Ayushman Card and Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) IDs were also prepared by Asha Workers. The importance of donating blood was shared. A special stress was made on keeping the cleanliness and in the coming days, more camps will be organized communicable and non-communicable diseas (NCD) diseases, mother child care, eye checkup.
Present among others on this occasion were Asha Workders Rajnish, Gurbachan Kaur, Seema, Kulwinder, Simran, Jan Aroygya Samiti Chairman Joginder Singh, Ayushman Ambassador and villagers.
