Seminar on Stress Management held at VWS

Ferozepur, July 29, 2023: A seminar on stress management was organized for students at Vivekananda World School to address the increasing levels of stress among them.

Dr. S. N. Rudra, Director, VWS, mentioned that today’s younger generation is experiencing stress due to various small concerns, which not only affects their mental well-being but also has a negative impact on their physical health. To address this issue, Sri Praneshwar Das and Sri Rudra Das from ISKCON Temple, Amritsar, shared different activities and techniques to manage and overcome stress.

Dr. Rudra stated that in today’s competitive era, students are often overwhelmed and can even resort to extreme measures like self-harm due to the fear of falling behind. In the seminar, students were encouraged to have healthy meals, get proper sleep, and practice spiritual activities to increase their focus and concentration.

Towards the end of the seminar, Dr. Rudra and Mrs. Doly Bhaskar presented commemorative tokens of appreciation to the chief guests.
