Following Minister’s aide booked for displaying Tricolour on car, controversial audio of Fouja Singh Sarari leaked on social media

Ferozepur, September 11, 2022:  An alleged controversial audio of Fouja Singh Sarari, Cabinet Minister, Punjab has been leaked on social media, following the arrest of Tarsem Lal Kapoor’s cousin Joney Kapoor – an aide of Minister of Defence Services Welfare, Food Processing, for, using the hooter and displaying Tricolour on a private car.

He has been booked under Sections 170 and 336, IPC, besides Section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971.

Earlier, BJP leader Guruparvez Singh Shella Sandhu had also uploaded the picture of the vehicle of the AAP leader on his social media account demanding action by the police.

In the alleged audio,  Fouja Singh Sarari can be listened talking to caller for making a plan as to how to make money in the transportation work.  He is also listened as talking about making plan and negotiations only, instead of taking action.

Added here, Fouja Singh Sarari is Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA and Horticulture Minister Punjab from Guruharsahai.

In the alleged audio call, the caller is asking to make a plan as to create a pressure and later on asking the Cabinet Minister to wait to let him talk with the concerned, before you speak to female DFSC.  The audio looks to be old one when there was female DFSC in Ferozepur and she has been transferred to Mukstar about two months back and has been made viral on social media now.

While talking to media persons on some private channel, Fouja Singh had said, the audio was edited and denied having any link with Joney Kapoor.
