Ferozepur, April 30, 2026: Under the Disaster Grant of Rotary International District 3090, modern toilet blocks constructed in two government schools of flood-affected villages were ceremoniously inaugurated by District Governor Rtn. Bhupesh Mehta.

Rotary is a global service organization working across nearly 220 countries, with approximately 1.5 million members dedicated to serving humanity. Continuing this spirit of service, Rotary International District 3090 facilitated the construction of clean and safe toilet blocks for students in two flood-affected villages of the Firozpur region. Additionally, around 500 blankets and nearly 100 mattresses were distributed among needy families, offering much-needed relief during difficult times.

On this occasion, District Governor Rtn. Bhupesh Mehta was joined by Past District Governor Rtn. Prem Aggarwal (Chairman, Rotary Foundation) and Past District Governor Rtn. Vijay Arora (Chairman, Grants). Also present were Deputy DEO Dr. Satinder Singh, Assistant Governor Rtn.
