विद्यार्थी विज्ञान मंथन में डीसीएम के अक्ष खुराना ने पंजाब में किया पहला स्थान हासिल

फिरोजपुर, 9 जनवरी, 2026:  विद्यार्थी विज्ञान मंथन प्रतियोगिता में डीसी मॉडल सीनियर सैकेंडरी स्कूल के  छात्र ने पूरे राज्य में पहला स्थान कर अपने स्कूल सहित जिले व अभिभावको का नाम रोशन किया है। प्रिंसिपल याचना चावला ने बताया कि दसवी के कक्षा के अक्ष खुराना ने इस प्रतियोगिता में बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हर साल इस प्रतियोगिता में स्कूल के विद्यार्थी हिस्सा लेते है और अव्वल स्थान प्राप्त करते है। स्कूल में विद्यार्थियो को उनकी शिक्षा के साथ-साथ इस तरह कि  परीक्षाओ की तैयारी भी करवाई जाती है, ताकि उनमें आगे बढऩे की भावना पैदा हो और उनका सर्वांगीण विकास हो सके। प्रिंसिपल ने अक्ष खुराना को उसके उज्जवल भविष्य की बधाई दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब यह विद्यार्थी नैशनल स्तर की प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लेने के लिए चयनित हुआ है।  उन्होंने बताया कि जिला स्तरीय विद्यार्थी विज्ञान मंथन में स्कूल के 99 विद्यार्थियो ने हिस्सा लिया था।

         अक्ष के पिता संजय खुराना पोस्टल विभाग में असिस्टेंट सुपरीटेंडैंट है और माता रशमि गृहणि है। अक्ष बड़ा होकर सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर बनना चाहता है। वह फैंसिंग का खिलाड़ी है और उसने एक किताब भी लिखी है। वह अपना ज्यादा समय किताबो को पढऩे में गुजारता है।

              डिप्टी प्रिंसिपल मनीश बांगा ने बताया यह प्रतियोगिता विद्यार्थियो में विज्ञान में रूचि जगाने तथा उनमें वैज्ञानिक प्रतिभा की पहचान करने के उद्देश्य से राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर डिजिटल तरीक्के से विज्ञान भारती और एनसीईआरटी के सहयोग से करवाई जाती । इस प्रतियोगिता में देश भर के कक्षा छट्टी से गयारहवी तक के लाखो की संख्या में विद्यार्थी हिस्सा लेते है।

Ferozepur Student Tops Punjab in Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan Competition

Ferozepur, January 9, 2026: A student of DC Model Senior Secondary School, Ferozepur, has brought laurels to his school, district, and parents by securing the first position at the state level in the prestigious Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) competition.

Principal Yachna Chawla informed that Aksh Khurana, a Class X student of the school, delivered an outstanding performance in the competition. She said that students of the school participate in the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan every year and consistently achieve top positions. Along with regular academics, the school also prepares students for such competitive examinations to instil a spirit of progress and ensure their all-round development.

Congratulating Aksh on his achievement, the Principal said that he has now been selected to participate in the national-level competition and wished him a bright future ahead. She further informed that 99 students from the school participated in the district-level Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan.

Deputy Principal Manish Banga said that the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan is a national-level digital competition organised with the objective of promoting interest in science and identifying scientific talent among students. The competition is conducted by Vigyan Bharati in collaboration with NCERT, and students from Classes VI to XI from across the country participate in large numbers.

Aksh Khurana’s father, Sanjay Khurana, is an Assistant Superintendent in the Postal Department, while his mother, Rashmi, is a homemaker. Aspiring to become a software engineer, Aksh is also a fencing player and has authored a book. He spends most of his time reading books and enhancing his knowledge.
