Indian Railway extends service of Special Trains to meet increased demand

New Delhi, July 30, 2024: In response to the rising demand and to accommodate the increased rush of passengers, Indian Railways has announced the extension of service for several special trains. This extension aims to provide additional convenience to travelers across various routes. The details of the extended train services are as follows:

1. Train No. 09195/09196: The Vadodara Jn to Mau Jn service will continue to operate on Saturdays, and the Mau Jn to Vadodara Jn return journey on Sundays, extended until September 28 and 29, 2024, respectively.
2. Train No. 09417/09418: The Ahmedabad Jn to Danapur service, running on Mondays, and the Danapur to Ahmedabad Jn return service on Tuesdays, will be extended until September 30 and October 1, 2024, respectively.
3. Train No. 09557/09558: The Bhavnagar Terminus to Delhi Cantt. service on Fridays, and the return journey from Delhi Cantt. to Bhavnagar Terminus on Saturdays, will continue until September 27 and 28, 2024, respectively.
4. Train No. 09405/09406: Operating between Sabarmati BG and Patna Jn on Tuesdays, with a return service on Thursdays, this train’s run is extended until September 24 and 26, 2024.
5. Train No. 09097/09098: The Mumbai Bandra Terminus to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra service will continue on Sundays, with the return journey on Tuesdays, extended until December 29 and 31, 2024.
6. Train No. 09525/09526: The Hapa to Naharlagun (Itanagar) service will operate on Wednesdays, with the return trip on Saturdays, extended until December 25 and 28, 2024.
7. Train No. 09183/09184: From Mumbai Central to Banaras on Wednesdays and the return journey on Fridays, this service is extended until December 25 and 27, 2024.
8. Train No. 09309/09310: Running from Indore Jn to Hazrat Nizamuddin on Fridays and Sundays, with the return service on Mondays and Saturdays, extended until December 29 and 30, 2024.
9. Train No. 09075/09076: The Mumbai Central to Kathgodam service on Wednesdays and the return journey on Thursdays will be extended until December 25 and 26, 2024.
10. Train No. 09189/09190: Operating from Mumbai Central to Kathgodam on Saturdays and the return service on Tuesdays, extended until December 28 and 31, 2024.
11. Train No. 09523/09524: From Okha to Delhi Cantt. on Saturdays and returning on Tuesdays, extended until December 28, 2024, and January 1, 2025.
12. Train No. 03413/03414: The Malda Town to New Delhi service on Thursdays and Sundays, with the return journey on Fridays and Mondays, extended until August 4 and 5, 2024.
13. Train No. 03483/03484: The Bhagalpur Jn to New Delhi service on Saturdays and Tuesdays, with the return journey on Sundays and Wednesdays, extended until August 6 and 7, 2024.
