STF nabs one drug peddler with 500 gm heroin in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, February 9, 2024:  The Special Task Force-STF-, Ferozepur Range has arrested one person along with 300 grams of heroin, who had been supplying the drugs in the area.

Gurpit Singh, SP, STF said one person identified as Prem Singh son of Panju Singh of Mehmood Ke Mahil Hittar (Mabo Ke) under Mamdot police station in Ferozepur, was arrested by a team of Rakesh Kumar DSP and SI Satplal with 500 gm of heroin and a case under the NDPS Act has been registered and further investigations are on with a special focus on tracing the backward and forward links, to crack the nexus of suppliers.  The accused will be produced in court to get a remand for in-depth soundings.
