BJP workers stage protest, target AAP government over power cuts
Ferozepur, May 5, 2022: Today, the BJP workers staged district-level protest in front of the DC office against the Aam Admi Party government for making false promises and the people of Punjab feel cheated.
Rana Sodhi, former Minister during Congress government, and later on joined the BJP and lost from Ferozepur from BJP ticket, accused the AAP government of mortgaging the interests of Punjab with Kejriwal CM Delhi government. We want a white paper of the account of Rs.7000 crore loan.
Todays, protest was against the regular power cuts during the peak requirement for sowing of paddy, distributed law and order situation in Punjab, backing out from free 300 units power supply, and non-recruitment of 35,000 youths in Punjab, he said.
He said, around 21 AAP MLAs are directly or indirectly in his contact and they had never thought of a different attitude with them also and are fed up with Bhagwant Mann CM.
Sukhpal Singh Nannu, former BJP MLA said, the AAP has misled the Delhi and Punjab people and in the 2024 elections, BJP will win all the seats.
