Ferozepur District Shines in 10th Board Exams with 100% Government School Merits
Ferozepur, 2025: In a proud moment for the district, Ferozepur has secured a total of 8 merit positions in the Class 10 board examinations for the academic year 2024–2025. Notably, all eight merit positions were bagged by students of government schools, highlighting the excellence and commitment of public education institutions in the region.
Leading the merit list is Anmolpreet Kaur from SGRM Govt. Senior Secondary School, Zira, who secured 99.38% marks and ranked 4th in Punjab. The same school produced a total of five merit holders, making it the top-performing school in the district.
The merit distribution is as follows:
- SGRM Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Zira – 5 Merits
- Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Sohangarh – 1 Merit
- Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Khai Pheme Ki – 1 Merit
- Govt. High School, Chhanga Rai Uttarth – 1 Merit
