3 deaths, 109 fresh COVID-19 +ve cases reported in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, April 17, 2021: Amid the raging second wave of the COVID-19, 109 fresh Corona positive cases have been reported with three deaths in the district, taking the tally of active positive cases in the district to 606 and 10,14 fresh cases during April.

As per the information, 1,20,290 samples were taken since the outbreak of the virus in this part, out of which 1,13357 were found negative, 6233 positive, 5442 recovered and 606 active as of now.  Whereas, the results of 700 samples were still awaited.

With three deaths reported on Saturday, the total tally has gone 186 including three of today of 24, 58 and 66 years in Ferozepur.

In the Corona vaccination drive, 49,236 have been given the first and second dose of 45 plus years of age and frontline and health workers.
