Ferozepur, June 17, 2023:  The second album titled “Yaad Teri” of Veer Singh, visually impaired, an inmate of Home for the Blind, was released at a simple and impressive ceremony.  Earlier, A maiden album of visually-impaired, an inmate of Home for the Blind, Veer Singh, titled “Diamond Di Ring” is also in the market.

-Appeals to writers to write songs which could be listened to and enjoyed in the family and society. 

-Parents of visually-impaired children must educate them when technology is available.

Even the life of the blind is incomplete without education. Even if one doesn’t have eye sight, but  he can do a lot in his life.

Veer Singh Randhawa  is a young 23-year-old hails from Faridkot, has completed his BA Final from local RSD College.  Now he is pursuing his Diploma in Education) (D.Ed) from Blind School, Jamalpur (Ludhiana) besides getting coaching for competitive examinations.  His father Suchha  Singh is a driver by profession for delivery of eggs with whose support, the album could not have been possible. Music being his passion with support of melodious voices was encouraged by his family members and friends and under the able guidance of Sita Ram Music Teacher, to go ahead with a song in audio-video album.

The present album titled “Yaad Teri” is 3.05 min in Punjabi and the lyrics are by Lovely Mehra while the music is by Sandeep Singh. The song has been presented by Renzil Music Company. It has cost him for Rs.35,000 for its presentation and putting it on social media platforms.

Veer Singh has managed both of his albums on his own. He has passion for singing but limited sources have suppressed his passion.  He wants to pursue further singing as my profession. The song will now be available on Youtube.  He looks forward to some people coming forward to sponsor his songs.

When asked about the vulgarity in songs, he said, I am very much against vulgar cultured songs.  The writers should write the songs which could be listened to and enjoyed in the family and society.

Veer Singh said confidently from his own experience that even if one doesn’t have eye sight, but  he can do a lot in his life. My dream is that I want to build the life of my parents as they have built my life even though I am blind. Veer Singh said that I want to put my first earnings in Guru’s account. Even the life of the blind is incomplete without education.

Giving a message to the blind parents, he said that they must teach their blind children because now new technology has arrived such as Braille for reading, speaking and talking computers, money App to recognize the currency notes and other Apps available on mobile to read the documents. He said that education is the one wealth that cannot be stolen from you.

I have met both optimistic and pessimistic minded persons but I have ignored the persons who discourage the physically disabled persons, he added.

Saying that he wants to become a star in singing to highlight the name of his parents, village and my teacher Sukhchain Singh, Veer Singh conveyed his special thanks to all friends, relatives and recording company for release of his new album ‘Yaad Teri’ and appealed to support my song by liking, subscribing and sharing.
