Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan condemns farmer’s killing in MP – demands dismissal of government
Fazilka, June 8, 2017 : Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan led by Sukhwant Singh Brar, State Convener on Thursday submitted a memorandum through the Deputy Commissioner, in the name of President of India condemning the firing and killing of farmers in Mandsaur (MP) and illegal arrest of Ms meenakshi Natrajan ex-MP and national chairperson of RGPRS to stop her from meeting and extending her support and sympathy to the bereaved families.
In the memorandum, the deputation demanded immediate dismissal of MP State Govt and stern action against the guilty officials.
Mourning and condoling the loss of the precious lives in the hands of BJP style state sponsored oppression, Sukhwant Singh Brar said, we extend full sympathy and support to the bereaved families and pray for the quick recovery of the injured farmers.
He said, it is a repeat of colonial style governance, the BJP government in MP directed firing on agitating farmers in a peaceful manner killing five farmers and injuring many more.
