One-day workshop held on G20 Janbhagidari at KV-1 in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, June 17, 2023: ‘One day Workshop on G20 Janbhagidari’ event was organized on at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Ferozepur Cantt over different activities such as G20 awareness programme, painting competition, poster making competition, storytelling, cycle rally, wall painting and rangoli etc., in the Computer Lab of Primary Wing.
As many as 70 teacher, students and parents participated in this workshop and the chief Guest of the program was Laxmi kant Sharma, Principal KV-2, Ferozepur Cantt. The program started with lightening of lamp & saraswati vandana.
Later, a brief outline of G-20 was given by Daleep singh, TGT Hindi while the last yer’s activities were read out by Mrs Rashmi Singh, PRT of this Vidyalaya.
Addressing the gathering, the chief guest elaborated on need of developing foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) in today’s time in all children and stressed on its limitation. The program continued with address of teachers from different schools.
Finally winding up the programme, Hari Singh, Principal of KV1 emphasized the need to enhance not only literacy but also mathematical abilities of all students. He also highlighted the use of FLN in daily life. The Program ended with vote of thanks & refreshment to all participants.
