BJP candidate Rana Sodhi holds roadshow in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, May 10, 2024: After the announcement of the Lok Sabha ticket by BJP to Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi from Ferozepur, a roadshow was held in Ferozepur, as a part of his first-day campaign for seeking votes for Lok Sabha elections slated for June 1 Punjab.
Rana Sodhi, after paying obeisance at Gurdwara Jamini Sahib, Bazidpur, the roadshow in hundreds of vehicles with BJP workers and supporters, in a caravan, moved towards Ferozepur and after having a round of the city, on the circular road, where he was welcomed by the people, moved towards Guruharsahai.
Sodhi thanked BJP High Command and Punjab President Sunil Jakhar, for fielding him from Ferozepur for the Lok Sabha elections, he said, I will visit all the segments in Ferozepur constituency to seek votes from the people, by highlighting the 10 years achievements of Modi government. We will also take the next five years’ plans to the people, of the developments in the nation. This is the first time that BJP is contesting from all the 13 seats in Punjab and hopeful to win all the seats.
In reply to asking about granting bail to Kejriwal CM Delhi, Sodhi said, that Law had arrested him and had given him bail.
On farmer’s protests, he said, the farmers want to put their demands before the government and we will listen to them to come up with a solution.
