National Resource Person Major Pardeep Kumar successfully conducted ‘DTS’ -a National level Training Skills Program at YASHADA, PuneFerozepur, June 25, 2022:  A five-day DTS-a national level training skills programme conducted by Punjab based National Resource Person Major Pardeep Kumar at Yashada, Pune, during the last week from June 20-24, was successfully concluded.

Major Pardeep Kumar, presently posted at Moga in Education Department, who is National Trainer with Department of Personnel and Training, the national training organization that plans and conducts training for all Central and State administrative officers, allocated the responsibility of conducting a national level ‘Direct Training Skills’ training programme  Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration, Pune recently.

Major Pardeep Kumar, who has been serving as a widely respected trainer in the Punjab Education department for the past many years performed this responsibility very successfully with utmost dedication and sincerity. After returning from this successful endeavor at one of the most respected Training institution of India, i.e YASHADA Pune shared his experiences with us.

He informed that DTS course is a five day- Residential programme for National level training officers. There were 32 officers who participated in this programme. The participants included a Deputy Director of Forest Training Institute, Professor-IMG Trivendrum, Asstt. Prof. College of Agriculture, Police Officers, Engineers Officers and Account Officers,   from Kerala, Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra including many senior trainers from leading training institutes across the nation.

He told that this program has been designed by world renowned trainer and Philosopher of Thames Valley University, London Prof. Brian Sheardon. He emphasized that this program is part of Trainer Development Policy of the Government of India for all India and State Administrative services trainers. With all humbleness he shared that it has indeed been an honour to conduct this program that has worldwide acceptance and recognition.

The entire education community and intellectuals of the district congratulated him for bringing laurels to the state as well as department. He credited this honour to his seniors, colleagues and family who always motivated him to work hard and lead by an example.
