Ferozepur Rail Division celebrates Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, ADRM flags off ‘Bike Rally’
Ferozepur, July 4, 2022: Various activities have been planned by Railway Protection Force (RPF), Firozpur Division in the context of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” such as bike rally, massive plantation across the Division, felicitation of freedom fighters / their family members, cleanliness drive, Jal Sewa at stations and outreach program across the Division.
A Bike Rally was flagged off by Additional Divisional Railway Manager Balbir Singh and B.P. Singh today. The rally will pass through different places of the Division and will reach Northern Railway, Headquarter office, New Delhi and from there a group of members of similar bike rally converging from different Divisions of Northern Railway will join them and come to Jallianwala Bagh. Adding to this one LED mounted vehicle will move across the Division passing through 18 places as an outreach initiative through which exceptional works of Railway Protection Force shall be displayed using video graphic messages.
Railway Protection Force, Firozpur Division shall be involved in massive plantations across the Division under which 20 thousand plants shall be planted at various locations of the Division. Responsibility of proper care of these plants shall be with nominated officers of Railway Protection Force across the Division. These activities shall continue till 15th August, 2022.
