BSF apprehends one Pak smuggler and seizes 30.961 kg heroin in two operations
Ferozepur, April 7, 2021: In two different operations, BSF has apprehended one Pak smuggler and seized 30.961 kg heroin.
On Wednesday, on specific intelligence vigilant Border Security Force troops planned operation and executed well with apprehension of 01 Pak Smuggler and seized 30 Packets of contraband (approx- 29.870 KGs ) suspected to be heroin along with 2 Smart Phone in the area of responsibility of 14 Bn BSF, Khemkaran under Ferozepur Sector.
Alert Border Security Force troops seized 03 Packets of contraband (approx- 1.160 KGs ) suspected to be Heroin along with 12 Feet Plastic Pipe in the area of responsibility of 136 Bn BSF, Ferozepur Sector.
Vigilant troops of Border Security Force once again thwarted the attempt of Anti-
National Elements to push the Consignment of Contraband items into India. During the
year 2021, BSF has effected seizures on Punjab Border – heroin 155.708 kg including today’s seizure, 13 Pak National apprehended, 2 Pak intruder killed, 11 weapons, 13 magazine of different types, 179 ammunition various calibers and 3 Pak mobiles.
