Golden Arrow Division holds Cycle Expedition to commemorate Diamond Jubilee of 7 Inf Div

Ferozepur: Sept. 16, 2023: A 15 member team of Golden Arrow Division under the aegis of HQ 11 Corps set off on a Cycling Expedition to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of 7 Infantry Division was flagged off from Ferozepur.  The team led by Captain Manoj Singh will cover 834 kilometer in 17 days through Bhikhiwind, Gurdaspur, Palampur, Sundar Nagar, Baddi, Una, Phagwara and Dharamkot before culminating the expedition at Ferozepur on 01 October 2023. The expedition team will visit remote areas enroute, interact with local people and spread awareness about different schemes launched by the Army for the welfare of Ex-servicemen, War Veterans and War Widows, besides motivating youths of these areas join the Armed Forces.
