Youth makes arms at home, held in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, April 26, 2022: Ferozepur police were stunned to realize that youth had learned gun-making. The youth arrested was identified as Lovpreet Singh, from village Ratta Khera, who had made his own weapons by using everyday gadgets, tools, and spare parts.

Ferozepur City police got success with the arrest of youth making weapons by using ‘jugad’ and pistol has also been recovered which has been developed by grinding the air pistol.

Gurpreet Singh, SHO said, apart from one pistol, three more weapons have been recovered which too are hand-made designed by modifying the motorcycle parts.  Further investigations are on with backward and forward history, about his motive and case under Arms Act has been registered, he added.
