Ferozepur sees better days, 7 Corona +ve reported with 91 percent recovery
Ferozepur, October 16, 2020: The corona curve graph has started flattening in Ferozepur district with reporting of only 7 corona positive cases and 37 recovered in a single day, with 91 per cent recovery rate.
As per the information, 47,913 samples were taken since the outbreak of corona virus in the district. Out of this 43,411 were tested as negative, 4,058 positve, 3701 recovered, 241 active cases and results of 444 samples still awaited.
One death has also been reported today of 55 year old male of Basti Khalil Wali taking the totall death tally to 116 in the district.
District Adminsitration and Health Department expressing the good response and cooperation from the citizens said, the people of the area must maintain this status by following the medical protocols so that there is no further transmission among the community.
