Railways suspend services on Kathua–Madhopur Punjab Section; 38 trains cancelled

Ferozepur, August 28, 2025: In view of heavy rains and flooding, rail traffic between Kathua and Madhopur Punjab, has been suspended, leading to large-scale disruption of train services.

According to Chief Public Relations Officer Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, a total of 38 trains have been fully cancelled, while 10 trains have been short-terminated and 4 trains short-originated.
