26 Corona +ve reported in Ferozepur, active cases tally reach 255
Ferozepur, August 2, 2020: Another 26 Corona positive cases have been reported in Ferozepur district today, taking the total tally to 255.
The news cases include of different localities in the district – Village Allewala, Mddi Ke, Jolle Wala, Gandhi Nagar, Sadar PS, Basti Shamsuddin in Zira, Jain Gali Zira, Azad Nagar, SBS College, Loco Shed, Radha Swami Complex, Madhre village, Arif Ke, Chuhi Chowk, Basti Makhan Singh, Makhu, Karma in Mamdot Block.
However, among the reported positives cases, one is SBS Tech Campus, one high-risk contact of lab-confirmed cases at Makhu, two front line workers and one pregnant woman.
As per the information, the total positive cases in the district hasa gone to 491 since the outbreak of Corona, while 229 Corona positive patients have since recovered and discharged. There had, however, been seven deaths in the district.
