Yograj Singh and Mangal Dhillon lands in support of farmers against Farm Laws

Ferozepur, November 10, 2020:  Film actors Yograj Singh along with Mangal Dhillon have landed in support of farmers against the Farm Laws.  Earlier, they have joined the farmer’s rallies at village Kot Santokh Rai in Gurdaspur which was attended by a large number of youths farmers and women.

Yograj Singh speaking to the media persons at Press Club Ferozepur said, the media has great power in its pen which the weapons don’t have.   But it is very unfortunate that some of the media houses have not highlighted the problems of the farmers on the passing of new three Farm Laws.  He also expressed his displeasures on seeing no youths in the agitation and made an appeal to them to join them.

Categorically stating he said, if the King has some rule and not acceptable to the masses, then it should be discarded and redrafted in consultation with the public.

Making an appeal to the Modi government with folded hands, he said, similarly, when the farmers have come on the roads for the last more than one month against the three farm laws, the Bills should be withdrawn and amended after a dialogue with the farmers.  This fight is not only for the farmers but also for the shopkeepers, businessmen, youth and laborers.

Mangal Dhillon a know Punjabi actor who accompanied Yograj Singh said it is the right time to unite to fight against the rights after 36 years – referred to 1984 agitations –  otherwise you will not get a chance.  There is also a need to project a central data of 50-60 lac people, against these farm bills jointly by all the farmers’ outfits to present to the government and court of laws to make up their mind to reconsider the farm bills as digital data will work as ‘Bhrahmastar’.

He further said that now we have to change the face of our movement and fight this battle against the Center with one goal and unity. We have to break the arrogance of the arrogant people at the center.
