STF arrests three drug peddlers with heroin

Ferozepur, March 2, 2019:  STF, Ferozepur today arrested three drug peddlers with heroin worth Rs.50 lac in the international market who were doing the business of selling drugs in the villagers and cities.

STF Incharge Ashwani Kumar informed that during the nakabandi on getting a tip-off, three youths were signaled to stop but they tried to flee away.  However, they were overpowered by the cops and on search, heroin worth Rs.50 lac was recovered from them.  After registration of the case, further investigations are on to ascertain their links with the bulk suppliers.
