Sarbat Khalsa’s ally organizations to constest all 117 Assembly seats : Mann

Ferozepur, December 20, 2016 : President of the Shiromani Akali Dal(Amritsar) Simranjit Singh Mann has announced that his party would contest on all 117 Assembly seats in the Punjab along with the panthic organizations and honest and spotless candidates will be announced in the next two-three days.

To end the dynastic rule of Badal government, Mann said, all like-minded organizations should come at one platform to get the people relieved from them to bring peace and normalcy in the state where there is no atrocity on person of any religion.

He said, the panthic coalition would contest the election with a promise to waive of the loans of all farmers, shopkeepers and poor persons in the event of becoming of their government besides providing one job to each family, ensuring all basic amenities like power, road, sewerage, education and transport among others.

Talking about the SYL issue, Mann said, not single drop of water would be spared for other states but all other parties are playing politics on the water issue.

Touching the disrespect incidents of Guru Granth Sahib, Mann expressed his deep concern on the issue and said, none of the accused have so far been arrested and even the police officers have not been accounted for on killing of innocent youths but they will not spared who fired on them.
