Police nabs 3 drug peddlers with heroin and drug money

Ferozepur, December 14, 2017:  The Ferozepur police nabbed three drug peddlers with heroin and drug money and booked under NDPS Act.

As per the crime report released, Sukhdev Singh son of Ram Singh of village Gulami Wala has been arrested by CIA staff Ferozepur Saddar police station with the recovery of 25 gm heroin and drug money of Rs.1,72,000.

In another case, the police have arrested two drug peddlers on a motorbike with 5 gm heroin namely Vijay and Baldev alias Nikka of village Fattuwala falling under Kulgarhi police station from House Board Colony.

All the three peddlers have been booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances – NDPS Act 1985 under Sections 21, 61 and 85.

Further investigations are on in both the cases to ascertain as to from where they were getting the heroin supplies and to whom they are further selling, said police sources.
