NCC Unit of SBS State Tech. Campus organized webinar on Artificial Intelligence in our life
Ferozepur, September 24, 2020: A webinar on “Artificial Intelligence in our life” was organized by NCC unit of Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus as per the direction of Commanding officer Colonel H. P. Arora, and under the supervision of Colonel Piyush Berry, Administrative Officer, 13 Pb Bn NCC, Ferozepur, under the tutelage of Capt. (Dr.) Kulbhushan Agnihotri.
In this seminar, all NCC officer and cadets of colleges and schools of Ferozepur district had participated. Speaker of webinar Prof Gagan Luthra of S.B.S State Technical Campus Ferozepur had delivered his talk on Artificial Intelligence.
He explained about Artificial Intelligence and its importance in day to day life and what is its future, with the help of live examples through videos and images.
He said, Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions. The term may also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind such as learning and problem-solving.
Col. Piyush Berry has also addressed the cadets and motivated to use this knowledge in future studies.
At the end of the session, Capt. (Dr.) Kulbhushan Agnihotri thanked all the guest and cadets for their participation in the webinar.
