Faculty Development Workshop on “PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT” at Delhi Public School
Ferozepur, May 27, 2015: A Personality Development Workshop was conducted by the School Principal, Mrs. Ikwinder S. Singh, assisted by the School Counsellor, Mrs. Simran Sanghera at Delhi Public School, Ferozepur on 26th May 2015 with an aim to improve soft skills including verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills, etiquettes as important segment of personality development and self grooming.
The workshop mainly focused on the development of individual personality through environment and the ability to emulate and get inspired by good personalities.
Mrs.Ikwinder S.Singh in her key note message said that there are no shortcuts to success. The personality would develop naturally if all put their energies and abilities towards fulfilling their ambition with a timely introspection into the efforts put to achieve the goal.
The workshop was positively received by all the teachers. They came out enriched, more aware and also gave an insight into clarity of thought.
