Dealer booked for selling counterfied goods under Copy Right Act in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, November 24, 2023: On the complaint of Vijay Kumar, Investigation Officer, Asian Paint Company from Delhi, one dealer in Ferozepur running under banner of Sai Trading Company by Amit Dhawan has been booked under Section 420 of IPC and Copy Right Act.
Vijay Kumar, Investigation Officer Asian Company, informed that he had come to Ferozpur in connection with the tour, after coming here it was found that Amit Dhawan had prepared counterfied goods of the Asian Company and was selling the goods at the rates of the company. A case has been registered on my complaint.
He further informed that the duplicate seized material from Sai Trading Company at Malwal Road, Ferozepur, Punjab is – 1. Teucare Exterior Wall Primer 20L -2
2. Teucare Exterior Wall Primer 10L -1
3. Teucare Interior Wall Primer 10L -1
4. Ace Sparc Exterior Emulsion 20L -1
5. Apex Dustproof Exterior Emulsion 20L -2.
He disclosed that the this trader is working with the company for the last 18 years and sale sub standard material of our company has come to notice now.
