BSF troops spot and down China made drone near international border fence in Ferozepur
Ferzepur, December 18, 2021: On Friday late night at about 11.10 PM, alert Border Security Force troops detected and downed a drone at a distance of appx 300 mtrs from IB & 150 mtrs from B S Fence in the AOR of 103 Bn BSF, Ferozepur Sector. Top officials of BSF have already reached the spot and search operation is in progress.
The recovered drone is having six Propellors (Hexa-copter) “Made in China”, 4 power batteries and having total weight – appx 23 Kg with payload capacity – appx 10 Kg.
As per coordinated drill, sister agencies were informed and the area was cordoned. Search Ops being carried-out in the whole area.
Alert troops of BSF once again foiled the attempt of Trans-border criminals.
