BSF apprehends Pakistani national on Ferozepur border

Ferozepur, July 3, 2024: On Wednesday,  during the morning hours, BSF received an information pertaining to a suspected movement ahead of the border fence on Ferozepur border. The troops immediately reached the spot and challenged the suspected person observed between the IB and border security fence. As, the suspect tried to escape towards the IB, quick BSF troops caught hold of him.

Upon questioning, the apprehended person has been revealed to be a Pakistani national. The person is a teenager and was apprehended near the International Border (IB) adjacent to village- Palla Megha of district Ferozepur.

Questioning is being carried out by the BSF and other sister agencies to know about his intentions or motive of crossing the IB.

Vigilant BSF troops once again displayed their professional acumen with swift execution in apprehension of a Pakistani intruder crossing into the Indian Territory.
