Blind holds Ramayana Path by reading from Braille, Vipul social activist helps with grocery for ‘langar’

Ferozepur, October 15, 2022:Every year, the Ramayana Path is arranged by the inmates of Home for the Blinds in this border town and this time by reading Ramayana in Braille followed by a ‘langar’ from volunteer donations, and  Vipul Narang – social activist donated grocery for the langar.  He was accompanied by Ashok Behal, Secretary, Red Cross while Ramesh Sethi, Manager,  and Avtar Singh, Retired Treasury Officer, Superior, Home for the Blind were also present.

The Ramayana Path by reading from Braille was started today and will concluded on October 16 (Wednesday) at 12 noon.

Vipul is now available by needy class for any help in Ferozepur and in the past, he has helped number of individuals and families and in the recent past, sports lovers with hockey sticks and sports shoes.

Vipul Narang said, I was surprised to see for the first time that Ramayana Path is being held by the blind by reading from the Braille books. He said, the Braille has really brought a sea-change in the life style of blinds and improving the educational qualification.

Anil Gupta, General Secretary, Progressive Federation for the Blinds said, our Federation is thankful to Vipul Narang for donating grocery for the langar.
