Message from your SSP

Roll call can be done once in morning time up to 9am by all SHOs. Cops on special duties and court duties may be exempted.
SHOs to personally hear issues of cops in Police Station daily and resolve the issues on the spot.
SHOs to guide and motivate cops for good work in smart way with good public dealing and time bound police response and disposal of complaints/ cases.
DSP SDs and SHOs to ensure that emergency genuine leaves required are sanctioned immediately of cops especially related to medical grounds or family issues.
Every OR to be given one day rest after his night checking duty except very emergent law and order.
Every cop should be given leave on his/her Birthday. All cops may consider it by-default sanction from SSP FZR by order.
Any cop may appear in orderly room on Monday and Friday from 10-11.30am before SSP FZR in officer directly without OASI.
Lady force with kids with less than 5 years of age, not to be deployed on night checking duty or out of district duties.
During night checking, at least two lady cops to be deployed together and in main town or city area only.
Every cop to perform only one night checking duty in one week.
Welfare of force is equally important with professional duties.
