12 days’ Induction Training Programme by MGSIPA starts in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, October 8, 2018: Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Punjab Regional Centre Bathinda today started 12 days’ Induction Training Programme for Group B and C category employees at Shaheed Bhagat Singh School, sponsored by Govt. of India, Department of Personnel and Training. In all around 60 employees attended the training programme.
Jarnail Singh, Regional Project Director Bathinda said the training programme started by MGSIPA has its own importance as it will help to have expertise in Punjab Civil Services Rules, financial rules and various other officials working and it will prove a milestone during the service career of employees. It will also prove to bring efficiency in the official working.
Giving an advice to the employees to work with team spirit and cooperation, he said, during this 12 days’ programme there will be a question-answer session to remove any doubts about the official working which will bring more competence in government working.
He also advised the employees to give more importance to the public services during the service period which will bring pleasures and mental satisfaction to them.
In today’s programme, Nimi Jindal, head of the law department from Punjabi University Regional Centre Bathinda highlighted the various aspects on the RTI Act followed by Gurmit Singh Sekhon Advocate on various government schemes. Mandeep Singh Coordinator MGSIPA also expressed his views on the discipline and official working programme during this 12 days programme.
Present among others were Arun Choudhary, DPRO and Gurpreet Singh Principal Shaheed Bhagat Singh School.
