Shapinder Kaur got 2nd position in PU Chandigarh securing 86.7% marks in MSc.(Botany)

Ferozepur, September 29, 2017: Gone are the days when girls were considered at the back foot but now they excel in every field and the recent example is of Shapinder Kaur daughter of Ranjit Singh of Mallanwala near Ferozepur – a student of Sanmati Govt. Science and Research College, Jagraon, who got second position in M.Sc (Botany) by securing 1734 say 86.7% marks out of 2000 from Punjab University Chandigarh.

She was honoured by Malkit Singh Dakha Vice President, Punjab Congress and  Director Gurcharan Singh and other prominent persons.
