SESSION ON MEDITATION AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR BSF JAWAN AND FAMILIES HELD AT SHQ FEROZEPUR CAMPUS

Ferozepur, March 3, 2023: A Session on Meditation and Mental Health, For BSF Jawan and Families of Sector HQ FEROZEPUR and All units, under the Flagship Scheme “Har Ghar Dhyan” was conducted by Spritual Teacher of “The Art of Living” Ms Arachna and Devendra was conducted at SHQ Ferozepur Campus on 27 February 2023.

This program was attended large number of BSF Jawans including Officers and Families of Sector HQ BSF FEROZEPUR & All Units of Sector Ferozpur.

It would benifit Soldiers of first line of Defence “BSF”, as it improves focus, Enhances one’s sense of well-being, Increases connectedness and empathy, increases creativity and better decision making.
This is a great step by the Senior cdrs of bsf towards upliftment of the troops engaged in defending the nation.
