Sacrilege incident reported in Ferozepur

Ferozepur August 31, 2018: Torn pages of Gutka Sahib were found near the school Basti Bagh Wali in  Ferozepur today leading to anger in the area. 
According to Jasvir Singh SHO Ferozepur, the mother Nirmat Kaur –  of the child, whose husband Gurdit Singh- is Granthi in some gurdwara, had given the lunch wrapped in the torn pages of Gutka Sahib. 
He said, 30-35  pages are missing from the Gutka Sahib as she was doing this for the last many days. 
During the preliminary investigation, the Gutka Sahib from which the pages were torn, was recovered from the kitchen of the house of granthi. 
The police are investigating the case and a case is yet to be registered. 
Jaspal Singh, President, Sikh Students Federation Mehta has demanded strict action against the accused. He said it looks to be intentionally to disturb the peace in the city.
