Rozgar Mela at ITI Ferozepur, 60 pass-outs receive placement
Ferozepur, July 7, 2019: A ‘Rozgar Mela’ was organized at the campus of Industrial Training Institute, Ferozepur and as many as 60 ITI pass-outs were selected by the visiting companies.
The visiting companies were – Hero Motor Corporation, Global Part Centre, Nimrana Plant, Rajasthan.
The Rozgar Mela was inaugurated by Harinder Singh Khosa – Congress leader – brother of Parminder Singh Pinki, MLA.
The efforts by Angrez Singh Principal to arrange Rozgar Mela was appreciated by the visiting guest.
In all, around 400 ITI pass-outs, both girls and boys, participated in the Rozgar Mela and 60 ITI trained were selected for placement.
Speaking on the occasion, Angrez Singh Principal said, the Rozgar Mela will be a regular feature on quarterly basis as per instructions of the Punjab Government to give employment to the ITI pass-outs.
On this occasion, ITI staff members, local NGOs were present.
