Railways announce 2 special train operations between Delhi-Katra
Ferozepur, August 10, 2022: The Northern Railway has announced the operation of two special tains between New Delhi and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra in view of upcoming festival.
Divulging with details, Railway spokesman said these two special trains have been introduced for the convenience and clearance of additional congestion of railway passengers.
The new special trains introduced are – 01633/01634 New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi Special Train 01633 New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Special train will leave New Delhi at 11.30 hrs on 11.08.2022 and will reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 12.00 noon the next day. In the return direction, 01634 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi Special train will depart Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 09.10 PM on 14.08.2022 and will reach New Delhi at 10.30 AM the next day.
While the train number 04033/04034 New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi Special Train 04033 New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra special train will leave New Delhi at 11.30 hrs on 12.08.2022 and will reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 12.00 noon the next day. In the return direction, 04034 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – New Delhi Special train will depart Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 09.10 PM on 15.08.2022 and will reach New Delhi at 10.30 AM the next day.
This special train with air conditioned and general class coaches will halt at Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala Cantonment, Ludhiana, Jalandhar Cantonment, Pathankot Cantonment, Jammu and Udhampur stations enroute in both the directions.
