Police nab drug pusher by firing in a filmy style in Ferozepur (Watch Video)

Ferozepur, August 9, 2022: In a daring incident, Mohit Dhawan, SHO Ferozepur City, arrested one drug pusher, by firing from his service revolver, in a filmy style, with recovery of 10 gm heroin.

Divulging with details, Dhawan said, during the routine patrolling by the police party on the outskirts of the city at Dulchi Ke road, near Polytechnic College, one suspicious nature youth in a Swift Desire car was intercepted.  On opening the door, the car driver fled away speedily hurting the senior sepoy Gurjit Singh and sepoy Surinder Singh.  On chasing them, on Mallanwala road, I fired on the left tyre of the car from my service revolver and nabbed the accused with recovery of 10 gm heroin.

Meanwhile a case against Rajbir Singh and Mann Singh has been registered under 21(B) NDPS Act.  Police hunt is on to nab the other accused.
