Police nab 2 drug peddlers with heroin, habit-forming drugs and pistol
Ferozepur, April 14, 2021: The police in its drive against the drug peddlers, nabbed three persons at different locations with heroin and habit forming drug tablets and on the hunt to crack the supply chain.
Divulging with the details, SSP Bhagirath Singh Meena said, on Wednesday, one drug peddler, identified as Gharwinder Singh reported to be working for a drug manufacturing company -BTM Life Sciences Company as Salesman was arrested on Wednesday, by swiftly working on a tip-off, with 60000 habit-forming drugs of CLOVIDOL-100 SR.
On Tuesday, another drug peddler Sonu of Ferozepur was arrested with 263 gms heroin, one pistol with 6 live 7.65 cartridges carrying in Activa scooter.
Both the accused have been booked under NDPS Act and further investigations are on to crack the supply chain.
