One injured in firing in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, November 28, 2023: An incident of firing has come to notice in the city, injuring one person when more than a dozen empty shells were recovered from the scene.
As soon as the incident came to light on Tuesday morning, senior police officers including SP Investigation Randhir Kumar reached the spot. In the firing, Sukhdev alias Johny Financer was injured and was admitted to the local private hospital, and his condition is stated to be stable.
The cause of the firing has not so far come to surface and the police is working on various theories and initially, it looks to be somewhat suspicious.
As per the information, Sukhdev was returning to his home in Shanti Nagar, and on reaching the home three attackers came in a white Scorpion and fired at him, hitting his arm. The police are trying to get the CCTV footage if any available in the area to identify the accused.
