Netherlands University enters into MoU with SBS State Technical Campus for mutual academic exchange programme

Ferozepur, May 16, 2017:  With the effort of  Dr. Ajay Kumar,Incharge Office of External Affairs Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus Ferozepur in association with PUM, the Netherlands, SBSSTC, Ferozepur has made a Memorandum of  Understanding (MoU) with Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden (NHL) University of Applied Sciences, Leeuwarden Frisia Netherlands for the mutual academic exchange programme with the aim of international academic cooperation concerning education, research, student and staff exchanges, and other areas which would be beneficial to both parties.

Campus Director Dr. T S Sidhu told that Under the said MoU, two students of Communication & Multimedia Design Department, NHL University of Applied Sciences, Leeuwarden, the Netherlands are registered in SBSSTC, Ferozepur for one semester in the session January – May 2017.

He further added that now eighteen students, four faculties and one student assistant are visiting SBSSTC, Ferozepur for two weeks duration starting from 19May, 2017 for cultural and educational excursion.

 During their stay at SBSSTC, Ferozepur, they will exchange their cultural and academic didactics with the students, staff and faculties. They will also work on some short duration project in cohesion with the students of SBSSTC, Ferozepur, he added.
