MSG2 not screened – Dera Sachha Sauda followers blocked Ferozepur-Fazilka rail track

Ferozepur, September 20, 2015: Irked over non-screening of Dera Sachha Sauda (DSS) head’s movie “MSG-2”, the followers have blocked road and rail traffic, on Ferozepur-Fazilka rail track border road and road near Khai Pheme Ke – causing inconvenience to the people of the area and also to those who had to go to Rajasthan via this route.

The DSS followers assembled at railway cross of Ferozepur-Fazilka since 4’o clock in the morning to register their protest with the government for putting undeclared ban on movie.

MSG 2 – The Messenger a film by and starring Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh is a sequel to his MSG – the Messenger which released earlier this year.

The railways had to fully cancel the trains on the rail tracks of Ferozepur-Ludhiana, Ferozepur-Bhatinda-Fazilka, Ferozepur-Fazilka while route of Ferozepur-Bhatinda-Fazilka has been diverted.

At about 12 noon, the followers also blocked the Ferozepur-Fazilka road and rail track, near rail over bridge Khai Pheme Ki canal permanently.

Speaking on this occasion, Balkar Singh Insaan 45 Member Committee said, “The film has been passed by the Censor Board and there is no ban on screening of MSG 2 film in Punjab but the Punjab government is playing a dual policy by now allowing the screening of the film whereas the cinema owners have prepared their scheduled with regard to the screening of film”.

Insaan said, “In case the film is not allowed to screen, the protest will be launched permanently by the followers of adjoining blocks in the area”. Arrangements of food for the dera followers have also been arranged on the road/rail tracks by the dera premis, he added.
