Heavy rain likely to disrupt PM’s rally in Ferozepur on Jan.5

Ferozepur, January 3, 2021: The rainfall is expected on January 5 in Punjab as per the daily advance forecast and Prime Minister Modi’s rally in Ferozepur on this day is likely to be disrupted by heavy rain on Wednesday.

PM is kickstarting the poll campaign by laying the foundation stone of PGI Satellite Centre for Ferozepur – a long pending demand of the people of the area.

On the other hand, the farmers have also threatened to oppose the PM’s rally over the non-acceptance of their pending demands.

However, massive security arrangements have been made for the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to this border district on January 5, to counter any untoward incident.
