Forozepur witnessed 13 Corona +ve cases with 94 percent recovery rate
Ferozepur, October 22, 2020: In Ferozepur, 13 fresh Corona positive cases have been reported with 188 patients recovery in a single day which calculated as 94 percent since the outbreak of corona virus in the district.
As per latest reports, 50,234 samples were taken for Covid-19 test, out of which 45,830 tested negative, 4,140 positive, 3,892 recovered while the results of 264 are still awaited. However, there are only 128 positive cases who are also heading towards recovery. The total deaths in the district have been 120 due to Corona.
Deputy Commissioner, Gurpal Singh Chahal has made an appeal to the people to continue to follow the medical protocols as a preventive measure till such time the Corona is completely wiped out. Such measures of wearing mask, keeping social distance and using hand sanitizers frequently, will help in curbing further transmission of the virus in the society
