Foetus found abandoned on a roadside in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, March 2, 2020:  One tragic suspected foeticide case,  an alleged female foetus has come to light in Ferozepur near Kasuri Gate outside one of the house, on a tip-off to SI Jagir Singh during the patrolling.

On visual inspection, the weight of foetus looked to be around 250 gm while the gender could not be known and it is presumed that the child has been aborted before birth and thrown in the open.  The exact cause of the death of foetus could not be revealed.

After taking into possession the dead body, a case was registered against the unidentified woman and further investigations were on.
