Firing with intention to kill over Nambardari, 6 booked under Arms Act
Ferozepur, April 27, 2017: In a shocking incident of enmity over Nambardari at village Valoor near Ferozepur, six persons have been booked under various sections of IPC and Arms Act with intention to kill.
The injured admitted in the hospital are under treatment.
The police have booked a case under 307, 324, 323, 341, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC sections and Arms Act at Kulgarhi police station.
Naseeb Singh complainant of village Palla Mega informed that he had some differences with regard to Nambardari in the village. He said, on April 26 afternoon, Jarnail Singh of Palla Megha, Amrik Singh, Anokh Singh, Swaran Singh, of Aku Wala Hittar, Nishan Singh and Partap Singh of Bhamba Singh Wala fired on the car of his friends Bakshish Singh and Satnam Singh with intention to kill him.
The alleged accused injured them by taking them out of the car who were later on admitted in the civil hospital for treatment.
The police have booked all the six persons on the statement to Naseeb Singh and investigations are on. However, no arrest has been made so far.
